Through education, outreach and leading by example, our mission is to Protect, Promote and Preserve the Ozarks Premier Game Fish; the Smallmouth Bass.
Why we do it
Much like us, the Ozarks Smallmouth Bass is native to the region. Slow growing, these fish require clean, clear water to thrive and can take up to 15 years to reach 20 inches.
What you can do
Free. The. Fighter! Practice sound management principles. Handle fish lightly. Pack out more than you pack in. Educate. Pay it forward by releasing that trophy for another angler.
